Application opens December 2023. You must submit a FAFSA if you want to apply for federal and state financial aid. Many colleges and universities, especially public institutions, also require the FAFSA. You must submit it every year that you want aid. If your stuck and need assistance, the financial aid office at any institution is a great resource to answer financial aid questions whether you go to that college or not, or directly contact the financial aid office of the college you plan on attending.
